Contour lines changed

I was a bit unhappy about how contour lines worked, so I changed this.

Contour lines used to be tied to colour maps, and were given as the number of colours between contour lines.  This meant that you could change the spacing between contour lines if you changed the colour map. I have changed it so the spacing is independent of the colour map.  What you specify now is not the spacing but instead the number of contour lines between the coastline and (approximately) the highest possible altitude.  So higher numbers now mean more contours rather than less, as it did before.  If you want contour lines with the same spacing as before, you must use the offline program, count the number of colours between sea level and the highest colour and divide by the previously used contour line step.

Additionally, I have added an option for contour lines at sea near the coast only.  This will draw some thin lines at sea outside the coast.  This tries to emulate the tradition in hand drawn maps to add thin lines outside the coast, but whereas these are traditionally equally spaced by distance from the coast, the generated contours are spaced according to water depth.
