| On Map 10946245 most of the map disappeared. I have files of said map before it disappeared, and a screenshot of the map number, so I know what it looked like and which one it was. |

| Did you have bmp file? You can edit it with whichever text editor, and at last line you have the command line whitch have used for generating your's map. |

| I've been requesting a large variety of views of Map 225 (Seed: 16710225) in preparation for an RPG. Suddenly, the map is no longer accessible. No matter what I input in the web interface, a "generic" map appears with specifications that don't match what I've input (size does not match, nor colour, nor contour lines). Did I do something wrong? Will Map 225 be available online again? I cannot figure out how to get the progrmme to work on my home computer, or I would simply use it there. |

| The map files are only stored on the server temporarily (the file names are re-used when a new map with the same last 3 digits in the seed is generated), so after a (sometimes short) while you will have to re-generate the map again. I have no problems generating a map with seed 16710225 and it is quite different from the default map (with seed 1111111). If you don't get what you expect, try reloading the page and enter the parameters again before pressing "Make map". And if you want to download the image, do so immediately (or regenerate the map just before reloading). | I just had a similar problem today, where i re entered a seed i previously liked and the map it generated was different and it was seeming to use all default parameters for color, projection, etc. Ultimately restarting my phone fixed the issue. |
