Hi!
With the Open Terrain Generator mod, I can import biome maps to the game.
I think I can use Planet Terrain Generator, but the colors are based on terrain height, and doesn't tell anything with biomes. I can change the colors, but still I have to mask them based on weather and climates.

Is there a chance to make an option for biomes too? For example with the latitude adjusting is something similar.

Thank you!

I have thought about adding biomes, but I have not found a satisfactory way to make them look natural enough.  If you have any specific ideas, I would love to hear them.

I don't know how to do, but I have an idea:
1. Latitudinal climate zones for example: "-zl ctwhwtc" (cold, temperate, warm, hot, warm, temperate, cold)
They separate the map equally.
2. Altitudinal: -za ohwtci (ocean, hot, warm, temperate, cold, ice)
They are based on the heights, and equally separate the heights.

These two would give a map something like this:

But I'm a bit tired trying this. I'll continue later. :)

The colour is already altitude-based, so you could emulate your #2 suggestion by modifying the colour map.  There is an option to also modify colours by latitude (to different degrees), but it effectively just treats land at higher latitudes as if they were at higher altitude, and adds ice on the water at high latitude (depending also on water depth).
